The submission of an unpacking video is mandatory in the event that you are claiming damage,
missing products, or empty boxes. You should be able to open the sealed box easily after watching
the video. We are unable to proceed with requests that do not include this materia

Rules for Return Acceptance

In order to make a comeback:

Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
You must have the original box, tags, and receipts.
You can’t wash or exchange the item.
Retain all labeled packaging in pristine condition.
It all comes down to the item’s availability when you place your order for an exchange.

After your refund request is granted, you will have 7 days to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund your payment, provided that the item complies with our standards.

Methods for Refusing an Order

You have 12 hours from the time of order placement to cancel it.
You will not be able to cancel orders for customized or personalized products after they have been
confirmed.
