understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel, return, or get your money back. If

Although we do our best to accommodate cancellations and refunds, some products, trademark agreements, or third-party conditions may make this not always possible. Here, we may deviate
from our standard procedure to comply with the return policies of some companies. We recommend
reading the descriptions of the products thoroughly before placing an order. 

Qualification for a Refund

It is possible to request a refund or exchange if you fulfill these requirements:

  • Nothing works, or there’s a leakage—the item that was provided is defective
  • You did not receive the item that you had ordered.
  • Compared to the internet image, the item’s actual appearance is drastically different.
  • If that’s the case, you ordered the incorrect size.
  • You find the product’s scent and functionality to be unpleasant.

The submission of an unpacking video is mandatory in the event that you are claiming damage,
missing products, or empty boxes. You should be able to open the sealed box easily after watching
the video. We are unable to proceed with requests that do not include this materia

Items That Are Non-Returnable

You can’t get your money back if you buy certain things, like:

  • Used, unsealed, or otherwise handled products
  • Items with damaged seals, unless we verify and declare their damage
  • Personalized orders, such as those for personalized packaging or unique
  • presents Decorating using large purchases and decorative things like gift boxes and wall-mounted diffusers
  • Mistakes made by customers while selecting an incorrect size or item
  • Things acquired at bargain prices at sales or special events.

Rules for Return Acceptance

In order to make a comeback:

  • Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the original box, tags, and receipts.
  • You can’t wash or exchange the item.
  • Retain all labeled packaging in pristine condition.
  • It all comes down to the item’s availability when you place your order for an exchange.

A Guide to Refunds

Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 96432 22101 within three days of receiving your order if you
would want a refund. Please include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Number of an order
  • The product’s name or image
  • A brief description of the issue

After your refund request is granted, you will have 7 days to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly refund your payment, provided that the item complies with our standards.

Methods for Refusing an Order

  • You have 12 hours from the time of order placement to cancel it.
  • You will not be able to cancel orders for customized or personalized products after they have been
    confirmed.
  • Call our support line to cancel your order if we haven’t sent it yet.
  • If the Alysian detects an issue with the stock, pricing, or technology, they have the authority to
    cancel the transaction.
